July Beans 🌱
We broke below 100 & 200-day MA’s so not a great look.
We do have some support right at those May lows (red box).
But it would not be a shock to use drop down into that green box.
The 200-day was huge resistance. We now failed to hold it as support. So it could trigger some more downside but doesn’t have to. Just something we need to be aware of here.
The green box is golden retracement of entire rally off April lows. It was also old key support.
That green box is pretty much a must hold level.
Nov Beans 🌱
Exact same set up in Nov beans.
We broke below 100 & 200-day MA.
Could easily result in us testing that green box.
Just like July, that green box is a major level we really want to see us hold.
