Disappointing action in old crop corn
Guys naturally nervous after planting
We are still being patient for usual seasonal
Nearly every forecast calls for dry corn belt
See a drought “scare” but an actual drought likely doesn’t come to fruition
We are a long ways from 180 bpa corn
Unless you normally have a bunch sold I like being patient. If we are at the same price level 2 months from now then the plan changes
75% of the time we get a decent opportunity
Don’t like making sales that don’t make money
There is a reason for free DP.. stay away
Take advantage of inverse in the markets
Use tools that buyers use to capture inverse
Don’t need a crop train wreck. Just need a threat
Sell into uncertainty. Don’t selll into knowns
Wheat is cheap here. See upside

Still in golden zone. Carving out a bottom here still makes sense.

Since we had a sell signal at the short-term target of $4.86-94
Our next upside target is still $5.23-26
Dec Corn 🌽
Bouncing exactly at the 78.6% retracment level of the recent rally.
This is exactly where we should bounce and where I have been highlighting as my area to bounce. Big spot I want to see us continue to hold to keep the bias higher.
I went over this the past few days. I dove deeper into the reasoning behind the 78.6% level yesterday.

July Beans 🌱
Absolute beautiful bounce here in July beans. Right off the 100-day MA. Which is exactly what we wanted to see.
The 100-day MA has been a key turning point for beans in the past. Both as support & resistance which highlight with the arrows on the chart.
We needed a bounce here, otherwise we dropped back to that red key support box.
The chart looks promising if we can continue to build support at this level.
Next upside target is still $11.04
Nov Beans 🌱
Not as pretty of chart as July, but once we clear the 200-day MA it should bring on more upside.
Nov beans haven’t been above the 200-day MA since 2023.
Next target is still $10.78-82
Continuous Chicago Wheat 🌾
Got the bounce bulls wanted.
Picture perfect bounce at this 14-month long support level we have been talking about.
Need to continue to hold this. Looks good here.
For July, still finding life at the bottom of this downward channel.
Upside objective is still the upper end of it.

We broke key trend support.
Now we are re-testing that support as resistance (old support turns into new resistance).
This could be a simple re-test before heading lower, but a break back above this and into that red box would look solid.
