KC wheat is approaching our first target we’ve been talking about for months.
Who is this alert for?
This alert is specifically for those that can’t store wheat and need cash flow.
We like making an incremental sale or adding some protection via buying puts, selling calls or a combination of both.
If you can store all of your wheat, you can be more patient. You could consider a simple put to keep your upside open while adding a floor.

Why the alert?
For starters, this is not me claiming wheat is going to top here.
We can absolutely keep running, but it makes sense for some to start to reward this move.
In fact, the chart looks friendly, and my bias is that we will continue higher especially when taking a longer term approach.
Look at the daily continuous chart.
We broke a multi-year downtrend. We broke horizontal resistance.
Regardless, it makes sense for some of you to start managing some risk here.
KC Approaching Targets
We are approaching our first target on every KC contract.
March, May, and July KC wheat have clawed back almost 50% of the June highs.
This level also lines up with prior support from last May.
We like taking some chips off between here and the 61.8% level. Aka the golden zone.
The green box is where relief bounces can often tend to fail. So it’s a risk short term.
