CATTLE HEDGE ALERT & SELL SIGNAL
Our last two cattle sell signals were on June 5th and March 19th.
We think this is another great spot to take risk off the table.
Why the alert?
August feeder hit our target.
The golden fib extension from the May to June rally. Meaning we are at 161.8% of that rally. This is a common spot for the rally to end.
Fundamentally, we closed the border to Mexico. But this shouldn’t make a huge difference. As the border was only re-opened for a short period of time.
So we like taking advantage of this rally here.

We recommended either selling futures, purchasing a put, or LRP.
Aug live cattle did not hit the golden fib extension.
But we posted new highs, and since we hit the target in feeder cattle we are alerting the signal.
Again, great spot to manage your risk.
