Why are we alerting a signal?
Feeders recently had a breakout from a bullish pennant, sitting at new all-time highs.
We have now hit the golden fib target we’ve been talking about at 377.
Which is 161.8% of the move from the bottom of the pennant up to the late Sep highs.
This is a common spot for a 2nd rally to pause.
Feeder has been leading this move. Which means live cattle aren’t at the golden fib yet, but we still posted new all-time highs.
