March Corn 🌽
We have a potential triple bottom in place.
It’s usually viewed as a bullish pattern.
Break above $4.50 and we should see higher prices.
The measured move for this pattern takes to around $4.70
March Beans 🌱
Potential textbook reversal and potential bear trap here.
Like we talked about on Friday, failed breakdowns (aka bear traps) happen when prices briefly break below key support before snapping back above it.
In this case, the key support we broke was the 61.8% level down to contract lows along with trendline support from contract lows.
We left the dragon fly doji on Friday.
We followed it up with a strong day and are back above key support.
Looks promising. A classic bear trap and textbook reversal.
Here is a zoomed in look.
