May Corn 🌽
We exactly hit the 61.8% level up to the November highs.
That level is $4.50
This is a very common spot for a rally to stall.
I’m waiting to see how Monday’s price action shakes out but I am preparing to be defensive.
In other words, this is where we could struggle. But if we take this level out, it’s a sign that this rally has more juice to it.
May Chicago Wheat 🌾
Like corn, we are at a key level.
We exactly hit the 61.8% level up to the June highs.
The most common level for a rally to pause.
But if we take it out it opens the door higher.
I’m not sure if this rally today was war driven or not. But war driven rallies do often tend to be sold soon. So will be interesting to see how it plays out.
Like corn, preparing to be defensive here.

Chart looks a lot different then Chicago.
We already were almost at that 61.8% level on last week’s sell signal.
Today we bounced right off that old resistance level like we had been talking about. So was great to see.
Since we already issued an alert in this box, the next target long term is going to be $6.10 to $6.15
$6.14 is the next fib level. The 78.6% level.
That same area is also the implied move of this ascending triangle pattern we have going on.

Pretty much the last line of support here.
We had been showing bearish divergence which was the warning sign the last few weeks.
Need to turn around right now or it could result in a larger leg lower towards the golden zone of the entire rally.
