CORN & WHEAT CHART
Dec Corn 🌽
We hit our first $4.35 target yesterday.
We reclaimed exactly 50% of the Feb highs.
This area was also key support from spring. Which means it is now viewed as resistance.
That is why we like taking some risk off here and issued our first sell signal & hedge alert since April yesterday.
If we take out $4.40 we could have room to run, but for now it is viewed as resistance and a point of interest.
We are nearly +45 cents off the lows.

Bulls finally got our breakout.
We are now up against a big spot.
If we can take out yesterday’s highs, I think we could see another +20-30 cents of upside.
With that first target being $5.54. As that gives back 50% of the June highs.

We broke out of a channel we were trapped in for 112 days.
Seems like a pretty big deal and shift in the market.
We could see some resistance here. But if we take out this red box, I also think KC has room to run another +20 cents or so.
First target is $5.45
