We are sitting in this wedge pattern.
Currently right at resistance. Break above and we probably make new highs.
Break below, which also happens to be the 50-day MA, then we have a lot of downside risk.
The 50-day MA has acted as major support this entire run. If we break below, the next stop could be the 100-day MA which also happens to be the golden zone retracement from this entire rally since June. Meaning we would give back 50-61.8% of it. Which is the most common correction level.

Just like Feeders, we need to hold the 50-day MA.
We bounced EXACTLY off of it once again.
Bulls absolutely need to hold that.
It has kept a floor under this market the entire year.
Lose it and we could test the 100-day MA and golden zone.
Here is a more zoomed out look just to show you how massive of a support the 50-day has been.
We’ve only broke below it once, we then tested the 100-day.
