March Corn 🌽
We perfectly bounced at the 61.8% retracement of this entire bounce.
Bulls need to hold there to keep bias remaining higher.
Like we always talk about, that is the most common level for a correction to end.
So if we are going to bounce, it should be right here.
Still looking to reward $4.36 to $4.37 like we’ve discussed.
March Beans 🌱
Also held the golden zone. Along with a nice candle today.
If we are going to bounce, it needs to be here.
Failure to hold the box would tell us that this pullback is something bigger than just a small correction.
Something to be cautious of is a potential head and shoudlers pattern on a big picture scale. It doesn’t mean we can’t go higher from here, because we can. But it’s a risk moving forward and something to watch a little more long term. As the pattern has been developing since August.
