Corn erased entire April rally
Seasonally we sell off here with planting then bounce in a week or two
USDA going to have massive acres
75% of the time we’ll see a weather story
Waiting for technical reason to sell
US rejected Japans proposal
Still like protecting old crop vs crop with the inverse
Funds probably close to done selling
Don’t see funds having a massive short position yet
The drought scare will likely be hard & fast
Statistics say we usually go higher soon
Few weeks away from dry weather turning from bearish to bullish
Demand reasons still strong
Being patient. Game plan changes if we don’t bounce by when we should
You will struggle to sell on a weather rally

CHARTS
July Corn 🌽
We took out the golden zone retracement level of the April rally which is disappointing as I thought we’d hold it.
We are now below the 200-day MA so that could possibly trigger a little more selling.
We have support at the old lows but making a new low here before reversing wouldn’t surprise me.
Now looking for a bounce anywhere in the blue box.
Next upside target if we get that weather scare is still going to be $5.23-26 since we had a sell signal at $4.86-94
Dec Corn 🌽
Still holding the 78.6% retracment of the recent rally. Carving out lows in this area does still make sense.
Ideally we hold here, if not our next support is $4.36
Long term target is still $4.84-89 since we hit the short term target on the April rally.
July Beans 🌱
Number 1 thing we need to do is hold the 100-day MA.
If we do not hold it, we probably drop down to that red box which is also the golden zone retracement level of the recent rally.
Next upside target is still $11.04
Nov Beans 🌱
If we clear the 200-day MA it should bring more upside.
Nov beans haven’t been above the 200-day MA since 2023.
Next target is still $10.78-82
Continuous Chicago Wheat 🌾
Bulls just need to continue to hold this 14-month long support.
July KC 🌾
We broke key trend support.
Now we are re-testing that support as resistance and rejected off of it today (old support turns into new resistance).
This could be a simple re-test before heading lower. We need to crawl back above to say the bleeding is over.
