Why has basis has been firming in a lot of areas at harvest time?

Not going to sell wheat at contract lows
World has too much wheat supply but some dryness in US wheat areas
Still feels like wheat is undervalued
Wheat isn’t gaining areas but it grows everywhere and there isn’t production issues anywhere

We are down in the golden zone.
I am looking for a bounce at $4.07
That gives back 61.8% of the entire rally off of contract lows.
That is the most common spot for a correction to end.
So if the harvest lows are in, $4.07 would be the logical place for us to bottom here.
I think we bounce there, but if we do not.. that is the last line of support from contract lows. It is a major spot to hold.
