Who should consider grabbing courage calls?

Or you know you willl struggle to make sales if we get a bounce.
Why courage calls?
Courage calls are a tool that is used to put yourself in a more comfortable position should we receive a bounce.
They are a cheap way to participate in the possible upside.
They cost…..
If we bounce, some may struggle to pull the trigger and think we are going higher. However, odds do favor us not posting a true bottom in June. As it’s only happened once in 20 years. So if we bounce we want to reward it.
Having courage calls gives you the “courage” to make sales on a bounce. As the calls could further add to your bottom line if we do bounce.
Implied volatility is low (meaning options are relatively cheap) and this implied volatility could increase as we get closer to that June 30th USDA report (meaning options could get more expensive). As the options start pricing in more volatility.
If we look at the charts, Dec corn continues to battle and hold some major support.
This is where this market has bounce multiple times over the last two years.
We do not “have” to bounce.
But if we do.. having courage calls is a cheap way to help you.
